Practical Baby Care Workshop

A two hour workshop looking at different baby care routines and tips on how to care for your newborn, with the aim instill you with confidence. Topics which we will cover include:

1. Handling your new-born
2. Bathing your baby
3. Topping and Tailing
4. Cord care
5. Changing nappies (disposable & cloth)
6. Coping when your baby cries
7. Swaddling
8. Sterilisation and preparation of feeds
9. Winding your baby - different holds & techniques
10. Useful hints, tips & techniques

Your workshop fee also includes:

* A Bump, Birth & Beyond goodie pack
* Workshop support materials
* Refreshments
* Ongoing support from Bump, Birth & Beyond- via email or telephone after your session.

We are flexible about when you attend, but would suggest it is between 24 and 34 weeks of pregnancy.

This workshop costs £30 per couple and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and your place will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Workshops run from 7.15pm to 9.15pm
