Steph is our birth doula at Bump, Birth & Beyond. Steph is a fully qualified Birth Doula, having supported several ladies through birth, and has the added benefit of being an Active Birth teacher too.
Hiring Steph as your doula will cost £550, inclusive of travel costs, and also includes:
* 2-3 antenatal meetings to discuss the birth plan, get to know each other.
* A place on a 6 week Daisy Birthing course run by Steph, to practice techniques for labour and birth, and to continue to get to know each other
* Available by phone and email throughout this time for information, questions, etc.
* On call for the birth from 2 weeks before the due date to 2 weeks after the due date.
* Attendance during labour at home or hospital - including support such as breathing, positioning, massage, eating/drinking etc.
* A postnatal visit of up to 2 hours after the birth at your convenience.
50% of the fee is payable at the time of booking (either by cash, paypal or cheque) and the remainder is payable by the on-call date - 2 weeks before the due date.
