StephSteph has spent 7 years developing and managing services for children with disabilities, learning disabilities and mental ill-health in a not for profit sector organisation. After becoming mama to a little boy in 2008 and then a little girl in 2009, Steph was inspired to start an organisation to empower parents.
Stephs vision is to support parents to become empowered and confident in making the best decisions for their own families - no two bumps, births or babies are exactly the same! We believe that parents should be supported to understand their broad range of options in order to make decisions which will best fit their own parenting styles, personalities and lifestyle.
Stephs vision of empowerment, confidence and support in all the early stages of parenthood are the cornerstone to all of Bump, Birth & Beyond services.
Steph is a MA Hons graduate from the University of Cambridge, an Antenatal Educator specialising in Active Birth, a professionally recognised Antenatal, Birth & Postnatal Doula trained through the University of Middlesex & a baby massage and movement teacher.

DeanDean is a dada to two beautiful children - a toddling son and a baby daughter, and the ONLY trained male antenatal educator in the UK.
Dean's vision is to create inclusive services which empower men to be able access the learning and support they need to become great birth coaches, great dads and supportive partners. When Dean became a birth partner and father in 2008 for the first time, he was amazed at how little good information there was available for men. Dean's vision is now to pioneer a range of services, products and support which is targeted for men and empowers them to become the parents which they want to be.
Dean has trained for the Diploma of Childbirth Education (Dip CBEd) through Childbirth International. Dean also is a Baby Developmental Massage and Movement teacher, having studied with Peter Walker.

Alison GelderAlison is a mummy to two children, Thomas who is 4 and Hollie who is nearly 2!
Alison works as a Daisy Birthing teacher, teaching our St Ives and Huntingdon classes, although she can be found from time to time as a guest teacher at Peterborough.
As a mum of two, Alison herself has had two very different birth experiences and she brings a real sense of understanding and experience to her role as a teacher. She says: 'Because of my experiences, I really want to support women to understand their choices, as I know what it's really like in the heat of the moment when it's all happening. In my first birth, I just went along with anything they suggested - I put all my trust in them. My second birth however was enjoyable and very positive; I felt much more in control.'
