A Bump, Birth and Beyond Antenatal Couples Class is unique because it is taught by both female and male professional antenatal educators, preparing mum for the physical and emotional demands of birth, and preparing dad for his role as a birth partner.

What will you learn?

Just one 4 hour session with us will take you through the whole journey of labour and birth. You will both be guided through practical techniques for labour. Our female antenatal educators will talk you through how to make your labour experience easier, quicker and more comfortable.

Birth Partners will gain a greater insight into how the woman's body works in labour, and be a lot more effective and confident in the ways they can actively enable an easier labour and birth.

Dean Beaumont, the UKs only professional male Antenatal Educator, leads this special section for Birth Partners, focusing on practical skills and tools for the role, including what to do when things don't go to plan.

Classes are held in a comfortable and relaxing environment in Kings Cliffe, just outside of Peterborough. The venue is just 5 minutes from the A1 and A47, and within a 10 minute drive of Stamford and Corby, making these classes easy to reach if you live in the local area.
